Aldo Ferrari

Aldo Ferrari earned a MA in Russian Language and Literature at the Cà Foscari University in Venice and a Phd in Armenian Studies at the Catholic University of Sacred Heart in Milan. Besides teaching Armenian Language and Culture at Cà Foscari University, he is vice-president of the Associazione per lo Studio in Italia dell’Asia Centrale (ASIAC) and secretary of the Associazione Armenisti Iraniani. Since 2004 he directs the ISPI Caucasus-Central Asia program; since 2009 he is interim director of ISPI Russia and oriental neighbours program.
