The ISPI School makes it possible to approach the world of international relations and understand the way it works. The School offers a rich variety of courses aimed at a wide and varied public interested in exploring such thematic areas as Emergencies, Development, Diplomacy, European Affairs.

The courses include:

• Masters: annual programmes for those aiming at a career in international affairs
• Advanced diplomas: short programmes for those working in the cooperation field, useful for fine-tuning programme management abilities
• Diplomas: short programmes for students and professionals wishing to acquire familiarity with the world of international relations
• Winter and Summer Schools: a catalogue of short courses to "discover" the multi-faceted aspects of the international scene.

The ISPI Faculty makes great use of the contribution provided by international officials and NGO operators, so as to guarantee a sound interdisciplinary approach to each course, combining theory and case analysis, group work and simulations, with the backing of researchers and academics.

In creating the courses ISPI collaborates with such institutions as the University of York, Unicef Italia, CelLIM, CISV, and Mani Tese. ISPI is also the Focal Point in Italy for the Sphere project.

In response to requests from agencies and institutions, ISPI also provides training modules such as courses for Italian and foreign diplomats, or courses for high school teachers.
