ISPI promotes the:
EC-UNDP- International IDEA Joint Training Module
on
"Effective Electoral Assistance"
The overall objective of the course, which will be held from 4-8
February 2008, is to explore the best ways to make electoral
assistance more effective, identifying guiding principles for
effective electoral assistance and methodologies for the adoption
of good practice in the design and implementation of electoral
support programmes.

The profile of the winter school participants to the training:
Must have university degree in political science, law, social
sciences or any other relevant disciplines.
Furthermore relevant postgraduate studies will be considered as
an asset.
Deep understanding of development cooperation and democratization
issues.
Knowledge and/or experience in project cycle management, and/or
election administration and/or comparative experience in dealing
with electoral legislation and electoral systems preferable. They
must be fully fluent in English
