Francesco Rocchetti is the ISPI Secretary General.
Since January 2020 he was Assistant to the Director.
Prior to that, he led the team that oversaw ISPI's communication and digital strategy, transforming the Institute's digital identity and promoting the think tank’s activities on more than a dozen digital platforms.
Before joining ISPI, Francesco worked at the European Parliament where he focused on trade policy, providing supportive analysis and recommendations for the policy negotiations.
Previously, he worked in the Global Relations Secretariat of the OECD, where he was involved in public sector and government consulting.
After his studies, he worked for the United Nations in Geneva and gained experience in the private sector.
He obtained a BA in International Studies and European Institutions from the University of Milan.
He holds a Master in International Public Management from Sciences Po Paris.
