Giuliano Battiston

Giornalista e ricercatore freelance, direttore dell’associazione di giornalisti indipendenti Lettera22, collabora con quotidiani e riviste tra cui “l’Espresso”, “il manifesto”, “Gli asini”, “il Venerdì”. Docente alla Scuola di giornalismo della Fondazione Lelio Basso di Roma, dal 2010 cura il programma del Salone dell’editoria sociale. Con Giulio Marcon ha curato La sinistra che verrà. Le parole chiave per cambiare (minimum fax, 2018). Per le edizioni dell’asino ha pubblicato Arcipelago jihad. Lo Stato islamico e il ritorno di al-Qaeda (2016) e due libri-intervista: Zygmunt Bauman. Modernità e globalizzazione (2009) e Per un’altra globalizzazione (2010). Dal 2007 si dedica all’Afghanistan con viaggi, ricerche, saggi.
