Covid-19 & Global cities: where the battle can be fought

While struggling with the effects of the pandemic, national governments seem to be turning inward. Global cities are key to tackle today's crisis locally and offer new opportunities for international cooperation. Can cities make a difference in the age of Covid-19? From mobility to inequalities to infrastructures, which policy responses can be provided at the city level? How can city-to-city networks help scale-up international action?

The event was held in English only.
