Rethinking cities after the pandemic

Rethinking cities after the pandemic

A closed-door meeting on how cities are changing as a consequence of the pandemic and its impact on our old lifestyle and working habits, and housing, social and productive models together with them. What are the new urban and real-estate necessities, for example? How is the relationship between man and nature evolving? How is the link between rural and urban areas adapting?

Kick-off speeches

  • Stefano Boeri, Architect, Urbanist and President of Triennale Milano
  • Stefano Scarpetta, Director, Employment, Labour and Social Affairs, OECD

Opening the debate

  • Luigi Borrè, Chairman, EuroMilano
  • Dino Scanavino, Chairman, CIA - Agricoltori italiani

Moderator: Tobia Zevi, Associate Research Fellow, Global Cities Programme, ISPI

The meeting is organized in the context of our Global Cities Programme - promoted by ISPI in collaboration with EuroMilano - and will be held on Zoom, under Chatham House Rule.
