Global cities

ISPI's Global Cities Programme promotes analysis and initiatives on the role played by Global Cities at a global and regional level, their interaction with States and other international actors, and on objectives they pursue also by working in network (from the fight against climate change to the implementation of the United Nations 2030 Agenda).

Specific attention is attached to the impact of Global Cities and urbanisation on the flows of goods, capital and data, on mobility and infrastructure, on migration and socio-economic inequalities.

The Programme - promoted in collaboration with EuroMilano - carries out reseach and promotes events targeted to businesses, national and international institutions, as well as to the wider public.
