Jonathan Woetzel

Based in China since 1985, Dr. Jonathan Woetzel has been instrumental in building McKinsey & Company's China office. In addition to his work helping Chinese and other Asian businesses prepare for global growth, Jonathan is a director of the McKinsey Global Institute (MGI), McKinsey's business and economics research arm. He also leads McKinsey's Cities Special Initiative and is responsible for convening McKinsey's work with city, regional, and national authorities in more than 40 geographies around the world.

Viviana Vitto

Viviana Vitto is a motivated manager with more than 22 years of experience in the energy industry.

Presently Viviana is in charge as Head of Market Studies and Strategic Analysis in the Global Infrastructure and Networks business line in Enel Group.

She has previously been Head of Market Power in the Global generation business development and head of Portfolio Management and Market Analysis of CO2 management at Enel Group level.

Matteo Villa

Matteo Villa is Senior Research Fellow at ISPI and co-heads the ISPI Data Lab, monitoring geopolitical and geo-economic trends (among which, migration trends and the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic). He is a co-chair of the T20 Task Force on Global Health and Covid-19, as well as a member of the T20 Task Force on Migration.

Alessandro Tinti

Alessandro Tinti has a PhD in International Relations from the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa, where he specialised in environmental conflicts. During 2016 and 2017 he conducted field research in northern Iraq to explore the politics of natural resources. He also assisted the European Commission as consultant on migration issues. Currently, he is academic tutor at the University of Florence and lectures a course in Energy Policy at CET.

Simone Tagliapietra

Simone Tagliapietra is a Senior fellow at Bruegel. He is also Adjunct professor at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and at The Johns Hopkins University – SAIS Europe. Simone’s research activity focuses on climate and energy issues. He works on the EU climate and energy policy and on the political economy of global decarbonisation. With a record of numerous scientific publications, he is also the author of Global energy fundamentals (Cambridge University Press, 2020) and L’energia del mondo (Il Mulino, 2020).
