The initiative was promoted in the context of the Think20 (T20 Argentina 2018), the network of leading Think Tanks providing research-based policy advice to the G20. As the co-chair of the T20 Task Force "An International Financial Architecture for Stability and Development", ISPI brought together high-level scholars and experts from G20 countries to discuss measures aiming to scale-up cooperation among G20 countries for a more stable and reliable financial system.
