Sara Vigil is Associate Research Fellow at ISPI for the Africa Programme. Sara is a Research Associate at the Hugo Observatory of the University of Liège (ULg) (Belgium) and at the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) of Erasmus University Rotterdam (The Netherlands) where she is completing her PhD on the interconnections between climate change politics, land grabbing, and migration (with a focus on Senegal and Cambodia). At ISS, she is a member of the MOSAIC project: ‘Climate change mitigation policies, land grabbing and conflict in fragile states’.

Eleonora Tafuro Ambrosetti is a Research Fellow at the Russia, Caucasus and Central Asia Centre at ISPI. Prior to that, she was a Marie Curie Fellow based at the Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey, where she is also pursuing her PhD. She was a Visiting Fellow at the Saint Petersburg State University and at the London headquarters of the ECFR. She has also worked as a junior researcher at the Brussels office of FRIDE and as a research assistant at CIDOB in Barcelona.
Carlo Secchi is Vice-President of ISPI since 11 July 2005. He was President of ISPI for the second semester of 2016. Currently he his Professor Emeritus of European Economic Policy at Bocconi University in Milan, where he was Rector in the period 2000-2004 and Full Professor between 1983 and 2011. He was the Chairman of the Italian Group of the Trilateral Commission (2003-2016) and he has been a member of the board of scientific Foundations and Institutions and an advisor to various Italian and foreign research Institutes, to Italian public Institutions and to the European Union.
Carlo Secchi è Vice-presidente dell'ISPI dall'11 luglio 2005; ne è stato il Presidente per il secondo semestre 2016. Attualmente è Professore emerito di Politica economica europea all'Università Bocconi di Milano, dove è stato Rettore nel quadriennio 2000-2004 e Professore ordinario dal 1983 al 2011.
Armando Sanguini is Senior Scientific Advisor at ISPI. He started his diplomatic career as commercial attaché in Ethiopia and then in Spain as Vice-Ambassador.
Nicolò Rossetto is a PhD. student in Law and Economics at the Istituto Universitario di Studi Superiori (IUSS) in Pavia (Italy). His main research field is energy markets and their regulation, with a special emphasis on electricity and distributed generation. He also has a vested interest in European energy policy since he wrote his master's thesis about policy developments occurred under Prodi’s and Barroso’s terms in office (2010). At the moment, he is a teaching assistant of microeconomics and energy economics at the University of Pavia.
Fernando Reinares, Senior Associate Research Fellow at ISPI Radicalization and International Terrorism Centre, is director of the Program on Global Terrorism at Elcano Royal Institute and Professor of Political Science and Security Studies at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, both in Madrid, as well as Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
