T20 Handover Event: From Italy to Indonesia

t20_handover_2021.png

The Covid-19 emergency is putting to the test the ability of the G20 and other multilateral efforts to deliver on key global challenges: from climate change to digital transition, from social cohesion to growth and financial stability. As the Italian G20 presidency passes the torch to Indonesia, international experts come together on the occasion of the handover event of the Think20 (T20), the official G20 engagement group of think-tanks and research centres with ISPI as the National Coordinator and Chair in 2021.

Some key questions will be raised: what are the lessons learned from past G20/T20 presidencies? What are the challenges and priorities ahead of the Indonesian presidency? And what to expect in (another) crucial year for multilateralism?

Speakers:

Fahad M. ALTURKI, Chair, T20 Saudi Arabia; Raden EDI PRIO PAMBUDI, G20 Sherpa Indonesia; Paolo MAGRI, National Coordinator and Chair, T20 Italy; Riatu MARIATUL QIBTHIYYAH, Co-Chair, T20 Indonesia; Bambang PS BRODJONEGORO, Lead Co-Chair, T20 Indonesia; Yose RIZAL DAMURI, Co-Chair, T20 Indonesia; Djisman SIMANDJUNTAK, Lead Co-Chair, T20 Indonesia and Antonio VILLAFRANCA, Coordinator, T20 Italy

Ispi has always been careful to ensure an inclusive working environment and to be attentive to gender diversity and to the plurality of voices represented in its initiatives. When this is not reflected in one of our publications or events, it is due to the unavailability of the consulted experts to participate or to challenges in identifying specific profiles in our network.
