Andrea Sommariva is Associate Professor of Practice and director of the multidisciplinary research laboratory on the evolution of the space economy (SEE Lab) at the SDA Bocconi School of Management. He is an international economist specializing in international finance, the markets for oil and raw materials, renewable energy, and development of the space economy. He is a member of the study group "Space Mineral Resources - Challenges and Opportunities" of the International Academy of Astronautics.

Marina Sereni was appointed as Italy’s Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in 2019 and is a member of the National Directorate of the Democratic Party. At a very young age, she was engaged in student organizations and in Italy’s Movement for Peace. She was elected to the Regional Council of Umbria in 1985. From 1993 to 2001 she served as Counsellor for Budget, Personnel and Social Policies.

Mr. Seaman holds a Master in International Affairs - International Security from Sciences Po, Paris, a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics from Seattle University, and studied as a NSEP David L. Boren Scholar at the Beijing Center for Chinese Studies (2002-03).
Peter Ryan is full Professor of Applied Security at the University of Luxembourg since Feb 2009. Since joining the University of Luxembourg he has grown the APSIA (Applied Security and Information Assurance) group that is now more than 25 strong. He has around 25 years of experience in cryptography, information assurance and formal verification. He pioneered the application of process calculi to modelling and analysis of secure systems, in particular presenting the first process algebraic characterization of non-interference taking account of non-determinism (CSFW 1990).
Andrea Plebani is Research Fellow at the Catholic University of Milan, Lecturer of the Master in Middle Eastern Studies at ASERI and Associate Research Fellow at ISPI. He is a member of the Commission convened by the Italian Government to assess the threat stemming from radicalization and jihadist extremism in Italy. Before, he cooperated with the Oasis Foundation, the Insubria Centre on International Security (ICIS) and the Landau Network - Centro Volta (LNCV).

Mattia Olivari is an Economist working in the OECD Innovation Policies for Space and Oceans Unit, in the Directorate for Science, Technology and Innovation (STI). His current research focuses on the assessment of socio-economic impacts of space policies, as well as on the analysis and development of economic and innovation indicators related to space industries. Mattia contributed to and authored several reports and scientific papers published internally to the OECD as well as in external journals.
