Giorgio Napolitano

Giorgio Napolitano è stato eletto alla Camera dei Deputati per la prima volta nel 1953 ed è stato membro del Parlamento fino al 1996, sempre rieletto nella circoscrizione di Napoli. Nell'ottava e nona legislatura (dal 1981 fino al 1986) ha presieduto il gruppo Comunista della Camera dei Deputati.

Giorgio Napolitano

Giorgio Napolitano is former President of the Italian Republic and from April 2015 Honorary Chairman of ISPI. Napolitano was elected to the Chamber of Deputies for the first time in 1953 and was a Member of Parliament until 1996, always re-elected in the Naples constituency. In the 8th (from 1981) and 9th Parliaments (until 1986) he chaired the Communist group in the Chamber of Deputies.

Alessandro Minuto-Rizzo

Alessandro Minuto-Rizzo is a former ambassador and has held terms of office in Washington, Prague, Paris and Brussels. He has an extensive experience in European policies, aerospace, European structural funds, the European Space Agency, and international security. He has taken part and chaired a number of committees concerned with economic and industrial issues both in Italy and abroad, i.e., as Chairman of the Administrative and Financial Committee of the European Space Agency.

Linguère Mously Mbaye

Linguère Mously Mbaye is a senior research economist at the Macroeconomics Policy, Forecasting and Research Department of the African Development Bank (AfDB) in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, and a research affiliate at IZA, Bonn, Germany. Before joining the AfDB, she was Research Associate and Deputy Program Director for Employment and Development at IZA. She is an expert on development policies, migration, labor economics and gender.

Donato Masciandaro

Donato Masciandaro, born in Italy in 1961, from 2010 is Full Professor of Economics. From 2005 he holds the Chair in Economics of Financial Regulation, at Bocconi University. From 2013 he is Head of the Department of Economics; he was already Department Head from 2008 to 2010. From 2015 he is President of the BAFFI CAREFIN Centre for Applied Research on International Markets, Banking, Finance and Regulation; he was already Director of the Centre (2008-2014).

Andrea Manciulli

Andrea Manciulli is Senior Associate Research Fellow at ISPI. He is Head of Italy’s Delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly (NATO PA, 2014-2018) and since November 2017 he is President of the NATO PA-GSM (Mediterranean and Middle East Special Group). From 2015 to 2017 he was Rapporteur of NATO PA-GSM in charge of the reports on: "Daesh: the challenge to regional and international security", "The expansion of Daesh to Libya and the Western Mediterranean" and "ISIL/DAESH and al-Qaeda threat to Europe".
