Lucia Tajoli is Full Professor of Economic Policy at the Department of Management Engineering of the Politecnico di Milano. Previously she was a Lecturer at Bocconi University and then an Associate Professor at the Polytechnic University of Milan. She received her degree in Political Economy in 1988 and a PhD in Economics from Bocconi University in 1994.

Kazuto Suzuki is Professor of Science and Technology Policy at the Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of Tokyo, Japan. He received a Ph.D. from Sussex European Institute, University of Sussex, England. He was the Associate Professor at the University of Tsukuba from 2000 to 2008 and served as Professor of International Politics at Hokkaido University until 2020. He served as an expert in the Panel of Experts for Iranian Sanction Committee under the United Nations Security Council from 2013 to July 2015.
Maxim A. Suchkov, PhD, is an Associate Research Fellow at ISPI. Currently, he is the Director of the Center for the Advanced American Studies (CAAS) at MGIMO. He is also non-resident scholar at the Middle East Institute, non-resident expert of the Russian International Affairs Council and of the Valdai International Discussion Club.
Raffaello F.W. Stefani was a Research Trainee for the Cybersecurity and Africa Programme. He recently concluded ISPI’s Master in Diplomacy, after obtaining a Law Degree at the University of Bologna. From 2015 to 2016 he served as Vice President of the European Youth Parliament (EYP) Italy.
Andrea Sommariva is Associate Professor of Practice and director of the multidisciplinary research laboratory on the evolution of the space economy (SEE Lab) at the SDA Bocconi School of Management. He is an international economist specializing in international finance, the markets for oil and raw materials, renewable energy, and development of the space economy. He is a member of the study group "Space Mineral Resources - Challenges and Opportunities" of the International Academy of Astronautics.
Dr. Janjira Sombatpoonsiri is a political scientist affiliated with the Institute of Asian Studies, Chulalongkorn University and the German Institute for Global and Area Studies (GIGA). She is the author of Humor and Nonviolent Struggle in Serbia (2015).
Antonio Sileo is an expert in energy markets, energy and environmental policy, energy regulation and automotive. He is a research fellow at IEFE – Università Bocconi and at I-Com – Istituto per la Competitività, where he is also director of the Observatory on energy innovation. Sileo is a regular collaborator of the Polytechnic University of Bari and non-resident fellow at the Caspian Strategy Institute in Istanbul. He also holds the position of executive director at SEPConsulting.
With an Engineering degree from Politecnico di Milano, an MSc from Massachusetts Institute of technology and an MBA from IMD, Andrea works as a senior expert consultant in the built environment and infrastructural development.
Andrea brings a wealth of international experience having worked and lived in the United States, United Kingdom, UAE and Saudi Arabia for the past 17 years.
Michael Schuman is a journalist and author who has lived and worked in Asia since 1996. He is the author of “Confucius and the World He Created” (Basic Book, 2015) and “Superpower Interrupted: The Chinese History of the World and The Miracle: The Epic Story of Asia’s Quest for Wealth” (HarperBusiness, 2009). Dr Schuman has been a correspondent for "The Wall Street Journal" and "Time" magazine. He currently is a contributor to The Atlantic, Bloomberg Opinion, and other publications.
