Nicola Nobile is a Lead Economist within the macroeconomics forecasting division of Oxford Economics. He joined Oxford Economics in September 2012 in Oxford and now is the Chief Italian Economist, based in Milan. Nicola was educated at Bocconi University, Italy, where he gained a BA in Finance and a MSc in Economics.

Rose Ngugi is the Executive Director of the Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA) and serves as the Secretary to the Board. She is involved in providing technical guidance and capacity building on policy and strategy formulation to the Government of Kenya and other stakeholders, with the overall aim of contributing to the achievement of national development goals. Before then, she was a Senior Advisor in the Office of Executive Director, Africa Group 1, International Monetary Fund, and Washington D.C. Dr.
Sergio Miracola is an Associate Research Fellow at ISPI. He obtained his Ph.D. in Political History at IMT Advanced Studies of Lucca, Italy, with a dissertation on Chinese Strategic Culture. During his Ph.D. he has also been a Visiting Research Student at Peking University (BeiDa). Moreover, he is a Junior Researcher at CSCC (Center for the Study of Contemporary China) and a collaborator for the Italian online newspaper Cinaforum.
Luca is an Associate Partner in McKinsey Milan Office and core member of the Travel, Logistics and infrastructure sector. He joined McKinsey in 2012. He supports several clients in the transport and infrastructure sectors, with a strong focus on business planning, infrastructure resilience and organization design.
Karim Mezran is director of the North Africa Initiative and resident senior fellow with the Rafik Hariri Center and Middle East Programs at the Atlantic Council focusing on the processes of change in North Africa. As a distinguished Libyan-Italian scholar, Dr. Mezran brings enormous depth of understanding to the transition in Libya and elsewhere in the region. He is the co-editor of three volumes published with Dr.

Emanuela Mangiarotti is lecturer of History of India and Southeast Asia at the University of Pavia. Her research focuses on Indian politics and society, gender and conflicts and ethnopolitical conflicts. She obtained her PhD in International Conflict Analysis from the University of Kent (Brussels School of International Studies).
Shiraz Maher is Senior Associate Research Fellow at ISPI and Director of the International Centre for the Study of Radicalisation (ICSR) and a member of the War Studies Department at King’s College London.
Aldo Liga is Research Fellow for the MENA Centre at ISPI. He holds a Bachelor's in Political Sciences from the "Cesare Alfieri" (University of Florence) and a Master's in International Security from Sciences Po Paris. Since 2016, he has worked as freelance analyst, providing for policy analysis and research consultancies on mixed migration from Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East and North Africa and on the geopolitics of the MENA region for a wide range of actors (public institutions, think-tanks, and NGOs).
