Abstract. For some years, various countries have been engaged in a race for the militarization of 'outer space' and the creation of new space forces. This race is having consequences on technology, war strategy, and international relations.
Research questions. What are the programs and resources allocated to the new Space Forces? What new technologies will future wars be fought with? What new risks are being created? Is it possible to slow down the new space race and transform this effort into economic and social opportunities?

By December 31, 2021, the United States will have completed its second formal withdrawal from Iraq in a decade. Just three years after the last American withdrawal, the Iraqi state was in peril, with a third of the country fallen to the Islamic State and Baghdad and Erbil under direct threat. The result was the return of U.S. combat operations in Iraq in 2014, and thus a second occasion to withdraw today.

Early on Wednesday morning, October 13th, Kosovo’s police raided several targets across the country, including Mitrovica. During and after the raids against suspected smugglers, they arrested eight people and issued arrest warrants for another ten. Six of the arrested people are of Albanian nationality, one is Serb Serbia, and another is Bosnjak. Eight out of the ten people who received arrest warrants are Albanian while two are Serbs.

According to the Serbian investigative portal KRIK, Veljko Belivuk, arrested on multiple charges in February 2021 and notably known as both a leader of the football club Partizan Belgrade’s fan group Principi[1] and as a top underworld figure close to the Montenegrin Kavac clan, described multiple occasions and cases in which President Aleksandar Vucic would have asked for favours, from providing security services at his meetings to beating up opponents[2].

Se si considerano le dimensioni dell’economia nazionale, infatti, il paese è l’ultimo dei 19 grandi, dietro anche all’Argentina, ed è superato, oltre che da tre paesi europei esclusi dal gruppo (Spagna, Polonia e Paesi Bassi), da una mezza dozzina di stati asiatici e da due paesi africani (Nigeria e Egitto).

Aiutare gli afghani in Afghanistan o nei paesi limitrofi. Assicurare assistenza ai profughi nelle aree interne. Permettere l’accesso alla protezione in Europa solo ai casi più vulnerabili e alle persone a rischio, già identificate dalle organizzazioni internazionali. Rafforzare, infine, le frontiere, interne ed esterne, per evitare l’arrivo massiccio di rifugiati ai confini, come successo nel 2015.

Con la conclusione del vertice 2021 dell’Organizzazione di Shanghai per la Cooperazione (SCO) a Dushanbe in Tagikistan il riavvicinamento tra Cina e Russia è tornato al centro del dibattito internazionale. L’intesa di cui Mosca e Pechino hanno dato prova riguardo alle attuali tematiche internazionali, tra cui la questione afgana, pone di nuovo l’attenzione su una serie di interrogativi.
