Rocco Walter Ronza is Associate Research Fellow at ISPI for the Africa Programme and Adjunct Professor at the Department of Political Sciences of the Catholic University of Milan and ASERI. He holds a PhD in Sociology and Social Research from the University of Trento. He taught courses and seminars at the Pazmany Peter Catholic University in Budapest and the University of Stellenbosch, where he is a recurrent visiting researcher.

Oriana Romano coordinates the Programme on the Economics and Governance of Circular Economy in Cities and carries out analytical studies within the OECD Water Governance Programme. Before joining the OECD, she was research assistant and university lecturer in Environmental Economics at the “Centre for International Business and Sustainability” (CIBS), London Metropolitan University, and the Department of Social Science at the University “L’Orientale” in Naples, Italy.
Scott N. Romaniuk is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Security Studies at the China Institute, University of Alberta. His research focuses on China’s global security and military roles, China’s political, economic, and (cyber)security policies as well as the rise of security architectures in Asia, robotic systems in international security, and technology and the future of warfare.
Jadwiga Rogoża is senior fellow at the Warsaw-based Centre for Eastern Studies (OSW), expert on Russian domestic politics, social, religious, national and cultural issues. Involved in cooperation with Polish and EU institutions, NGOs and periodicals focusing on Eastern European affairs. Previous diplomatic experience (counsellor in the Polish Embassy in Moscow 2015-2018).
Francesco Rocchetti is the ISPI Secretary General.
Since January 2020 he was Assistant to the Director.
Prior to that, he led the team that oversaw ISPI's communication and digital strategy, transforming the Institute's digital identity and promoting the think tank’s activities on more than a dozen digital platforms.
Alberto Rizzi is a Research Trainee at the ISPI Centre for Business Scenarios. He holds a BA in International and European Studies and a MA in International Politics and Regional Dynamics from the University of Milan. He completed an Advanced Master in EU Economic Governance at the Institute for European Studies of the Université Libre de Bruxelles. Before joining ISPI, he worked at the Centre for Business Research of the Italy China Foundation (CeSIF) in Milan, and at the European Army Interoperability Centre (FINABEL) in Brussels.
Abhijnan Rej is a Fellow in the Strategic Studies Programme. His current research revolves around Indian grand strategy, India’s China and Pakistan policies, and theory and practice of limited wars. His secondary research interests include conventional and nuclear deterrence, and international institutions.
Fernando Reinares, Senior Associate Research Fellow at ISPI Radicalization and International Terrorism Centre, is director of the Program on Global Terrorism at Elcano Royal Institute and Professor of Political Science and Security Studies at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, both in Madrid, as well as Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
Alexandria Reid is a Research Analyst in the Organised Crime and Policing team at RUSI. Her research covers a range of topics related to serious and organised crime, including environmental security, illicit trade and related illicit financial flows. She is Project Officer for the Strategic Hub for Organised Crime Research (SHOC) at RUSI, and a Guest Lecturer for the Marjan Centre for the Study of Conflict and the Environment, King’s College London, where she teaches gender and environmental security.
