Tuğba Evrim Maden

Tuğba Evrim Maden, who completed her undergraduate study at Hacettepe University Department of Hydrogeological Engineering, did her master's degree at Hacettepe University Hydropolitics and Strategic Research Center. In 2010, she received her Ph.D. from Ankara University, Institute of Social Sciences, which was entitled “EU Water Framework Directive, Transboundary Rivers – Case Study: Maritsa (Meriç) River. She worked at the Center for Middle Eastern Strategic Studies (ORSAM) - Water Research Programme as a Hydropolitics Researcher between December 2010 - April 2015.

Luca Lazzaroli

Luca Lazzaroli holds an Economics and Finance degree from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” where he also pursued his post-graduate studies after studying at the Georgetown University in Washington D.C. – USA. He is a Chartered Accountant (“Revisore Contabile” and “Dottore Commercialista”).

He spent the first four years of his professional career working for The Chase Manhattan Bank, in Milan and London, as a credit officer first, subsequently joining the corporate finance team.

Milena Lazarevic

Milena Lazarevic is one of the founders and Programme Director at the European Policy Centre (CEP), independent, non-profit think-tank based in Belgrade, Serbia. Milena is a proven expert in the field of public administration reform, in Serbia and in the Western Balkan region. Between May 2014 and March 2015, she acted as the Special Adviser to the Serbian Deputy Prime Minister in charge of public administration reform. As a consultant, she has worked for SIGMA/OECD, Regional School for Public Administration (ReSPA), the World Bank and several major international consultancy companies.

Can Kasapoğlu

Asst. Prof. Dr. Can Kasapoglu is a War Studies and Security Studies scholar and military analyst. Dr. Kasapoglu gained his Ph.D. degree from the Turkish War College-Strategic Researches Institute in 2011 by successfully defending his dissertation on Assessing Conventional Forces in Low Intensity Conflicts, and his M.Sc. degree from the Turkish Military Academy-Defense Sciences Institute in 2008 with his thesis on Turkish armed resistance and special forces operations in Cyprus before 1974. In 2015 – 2016, Dr. Kasapoglu pursued his academic studies in the NATO Defense College, Rome.
