Hillard Huntington is executive director of Stanford University's Energy Modeling Forum, where he conducts studies to improve the usefulness of models for understanding energy and environmental problems. He is a senior fellow and a past-president of the United States Association for Energy Economics and a member of the National Petroleum Council.

Researcher at the Department of Asian and North African Studies of Venice “Ca' Foscari” University, Carlo Frappi is Associate Research Fellow for the Russia, Caucasus and Central Asia Centre at ISPI.
