Gianluca Pastori, PhD, is Associate Professor, History of political relations between North America and Europe, Faculty of Political and Social Sciences, Catholic University of Milan. He also teaches History of military institutions and security systems in the same Faculty, and History of the international relations and institutions in the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences, Catholic University, Brescia.

Francesco Passarelli is Senior Associate Research Fellow. He is also Associate Professor of Economics at University of Turin, and Contract Professor at Bocconi University, Milan. He received his PhD in Economics from Bocconi University and his MA from Universite' Catholique de Lauvain la Neuve. He spent extended visiting periods at Dartmouth College and at Harvard University. His research focuses on Political Economics, with particular emphasis on psychological aspects of individuals’ political behavior.
Irene Pasqua is the appointed Program Officer of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean for the Second Standing Committee on Economic and Environmental Cooperation. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Development Economics from the Università degli Studi di Firenze (Italy) and a Master Degree in Resource and Environmental Economics from the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn (Germany). She previously served as a Research Trainee for the MENA Centre at ISPI and as Research Assistant within the MENA interdisciplinary cluster at the German Development Institute.
Fabio Parola has served as a Research Assistant for the ISPI Centre on Europe and Global Governance. He currently is a Blue Book Trainee at the European Commission, in the DG for Communication. From 2015 to 2018, he worked as a junior reporter for the Trento bureau of Corriere della Sera. After a bachelor in Political Sociology, he obtained a MA degree in International Relations and EU Studies from University of Trento and Metropolitan University Prague. He is president of Club Alpbach Trentino, a non-profit association promoting the European Forum Alpbach.
Lorenzo Parola is a partner at Paul Hastings and is one of the most prominent energy lawyers in Italy. Lorenzo is admitted to the Italian Supreme Court and as a Solicitor of England and Wales. Lorenzo has assisted domestic and international corporations and private equity funds in M&A transactions in the energy sector, with a particular focus on renewable enercy, and project finance. June Park is a political economist by training and works on trade, energy, and tech conflicts with a broader range of regional focuses not just on the U.S. and East Asia, but also Europe. She studies economic pressures and conflicts, analyzing different policy outcomes based on governance structures – domestic institutions, leaderships, and bureaucracies that shape the policy formation process.
