La transizione digitale e l’utilizzo di nuove tecnologie sono tra le principali sfide che tutti ci troviamo ad affrontare oggi, nel pubblico e nel privato, come cittadini e come imprese. La pandemia ha soltanto accelerato ed esasperato cambiamenti che erano già in atto e che hanno costretto le aziende a confrontarsi con operatori diversi da quelli tradizionali e ad adottare modelli operativi più innovativi e flessibili.

As emerged also from the G20 in this year of Italian presidency, the rethinking of the role and possibilities of access to new technologies is a priority that concerns governments as well as businesses, institutions at all levels and citizens themselves.

Ten years after the Arab Spring, North Africa is living an incredibly delicate phase in its political, social, and economic life. The international community, policymakers and other relevant actors have failed to address the political and socio-economic demands which fueled demonstrations in most North African countries in 2011. In addition, challenges such as intra-regional rivalries, the lack of regional integration and unresolved conflicts remain unaddressed, intersecting with hybrid and transnational security threats such as cross-border crime, illicit trafficking and terrorism.
