Huiyao (Henry) Wang is the Founder and President of Center for China and Globalization (CCG), the leading Chinese non-government think tank that ranked among the top 100 think tanks in the world. Dr Wang was appointed by Chinese Premier as a Counselor of China State Council, China’s cabinet in 2015.

Vuk Vuksanovic is a PhD researcher in International Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and an associate of LSE IDEAS, LSE’s foreign policy think tank. He writes widely on modern foreign and security policy issues, and is on Twitter @v_vuksanovic.
Matteo Villa is ISPI Research Fellow, contributing specifically to the ISPI Migration Programme, and is responsible for planning and editing ISPI Reports. He undertook his Ph.D. in Comparative Politics at the Graduate School of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Milan. At ISPI, he oversaw the Energy Watch, edited ISPI/Treccani’s Atlante Geopolitico, and managed RAstaNEWS, an FP7 EMU-wide macroeconomic project (2013-2016).
Dr. Villa specialises in European politics, with a specific focus on migration, macroeconomics, and energy issues.
Sara Vigil is Associate Research Fellow at ISPI for the Africa Programme. Sara is a Research Associate at the Hugo Observatory of the University of Liège (ULg) (Belgium) and at the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) of Erasmus University Rotterdam (The Netherlands) where she is completing her PhD on the interconnections between climate change politics, land grabbing, and migration (with a focus on Senegal and Cambodia). At ISS, she is a member of the MOSAIC project: ‘Climate change mitigation policies, land grabbing and conflict in fragile states’.
Francesco Valacchi graduated in Strategic Sciences in Turin (2004) and International Studies in Pisa (2013). He then obtained a PhD in Political Science with a specialization in Geopolitics always in Pisa in 2018. He deals with geopolitics, geoeconomics and International Political Economy with particular regard to the Asian area (Especially Southern Asia and ASEAN). He, deeply interested in connection between social structures and International Political Economics (IPE) is, in a certain sense, near to some models of IPE English School.
Vincenzo Tudisco received his PhD from the School of International Studies in August 2020. His dissertation focuses on constitutional bans on war in Japan, Italy, and Germany. He holds an MA in Law (University of Trento) and has been an exchange student in Japan (Hitotsubashi University). He has been a teaching assistant for the courses "Elements of International and European Union Law" and “Istituzioni di diritto dell’Unione Europea” and an academic tutor for the Master’s Degree in International Security Studies (MISS).
Aliya Tskhay is a Research Associate at the School of International Relations, University of St Andrews, UK.
Mareike Transfeld is the Head of Research at YPC, where she manages the research components of various projects in the fields of security sector, civil society and media. She is PhD candidate at the Graduate School Muslim Cultures and Societies (BGSMCS), Freie Universität Berlin. She is currently Associate Fellow at the Center for Applied Research in Partnership with the Orient in Bonn, and until 2015 was a Research Fellow at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP) in Berlin. She is a former co-editor of Muftah’s Yemen and Gulf countries pages.
Stefano Maria Torelli is Associate Research Fellow at ISPI. His research topics include International Relations of the Middle East and North Africa, Jihadist movements and the Kurdish question. He teaches History and Institutions of the Middle East at the University IULM in Milan and is the coordinator of the summer school on the International relations of the Middle East at ISPI. Since 2013, he has been the Scientific coordinator of the "Atlante Geopolitico Treccani".
