Francesca Morra is a lawyer at Paul Hastings and her practice focuses on energy and competition law. She has acquired material experience in the energy sector, where she has advised several market operators on contractual, regulatory and competition matters. Prior to Paul Hastings, Francesca used to work for other multinational law firms. Francesca holds a law degree (magna cum laude) from Federico II – Università degli Studi di Napoli and an LL.M (in competition law) from King’s College London.
Sergio Miracola has served as a Research Fellow at ISPI at ISPI. He obtained his Ph.D. in Political History at IMT Advanced Studies of Lucca, Italy, with a dissertation on Chinese Strategic Culture. During his Ph.D. he has also been a Visiting Research Student at Peking University (BeiDa). Moreover, he is a Junior Researcher at CSCC (Center for the Study of Contemporary China) and a collaborator for the Italian online newspaper Cinaforum.

He has more than two decades of experience across diplomacy, intelligence analysis, think tanks and journalism, including a formative role as Director of the International Security Program at the Lowy Institute. His research areas include Australia's security challenges, the further development of an Indo-Pacific concept of the Asian strategic environment, China-India relations, and prospects for maritime and nuclear stability in Indo-Pacific Asia.

Emanuela Mangiarotti is lecturer of History of India and Southeast Asia at the University of Pavia. Her research focuses on Indian politics and society, gender and conflicts and ethnopolitical conflicts. She obtained her PhD in International Conflict Analysis from the University of Kent (Brussels School of International Studies).

Bojan Klacar is a head of Belgrade-based Centre for Free Elections and Democracy (CeSID) and PhD researcher at Faculty of Political Science, Belgrade. He writes on elections, political communication and advertising.
