Matthew Wilson is Associate Professor of Political Science and Senior Fellow in the John Goodwin Tower Center for Political Studies at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He also serves as Director of SMU’s Center for Faith and Learning, as well as Lead Curriculum Advisor for the George W. Bush Presidential Center’s Liberty and Leadership Program. He holds an M.A. and Ph.D. in political science from Duke University, as well as a B.A. in History and Political Science from Louisiana State University.

Antonio Sileo is an expert in energy markets, energy and environmental policy, energy regulation and automotive. He is a research fellow at IEFE – Università Bocconi and at I-Com – Istituto per la Competitività, where he is also director of the Observatory on energy innovation. Sileo is a regular collaborator of the Polytechnic University of Bari and non-resident fellow at the Caspian Strategy Institute in Istanbul. He also holds the position of executive director at SEPConsulting.

Carlo Secchi is Vice-President of ISPI since 11 July 2005. He was President of ISPI for the second semester of 2016. Currently he his Professor Emeritus of European Economic Policy at Bocconi University in Milan, where he was Rector in the period 2000-2004 and Full Professor between 1983 and 2011. He was the Chairman of the Italian Group of the Trilateral Commission (2003-2016) and he has been a member of the board of scientific Foundations and Institutions and an advisor to various Italian and foreign research Institutes, to Italian public Institutions and to the European Union.
Nicolò Rossetto is a PhD. student in Law and Economics at the Istituto Universitario di Studi Superiori (IUSS) in Pavia (Italy). His main research field is energy markets and their regulation, with a special emphasis on electricity and distributed generation. He also has a vested interest in European energy policy since he wrote his master's thesis about policy developments occurred under Prodi’s and Barroso’s terms in office (2010). At the moment, he is a teaching assistant of microeconomics and energy economics at the University of Pavia.
Fabio Petito is Senior Associate Research Fellow in ISPI and Head of the "Religions and International Relations" Programme promoted by ISPI and the Freedom of Religion or Belief & Foreign Policy Initiative (FoRB&FPI), University of Sussex - UK.
