Simone Urbani Grecchi è responsabile delle analisi geopolitiche per Intesa Sanpaolo. Laureato all’Università di Milano in Scienze Politiche, ha conseguito un Master in Environmental Management presso il Joint Research Centre della Commissione Europea. Dirigente d’azienda dall’età di 34 anni, prima del settore dei servizi finanziari ha lavorato in consulenza strategica (Accenture) e nel settore dell'energia (Saipem).

Antonio Sileo is an expert in energy markets, energy and environmental policy, energy regulation and automotive. He is a research fellow at IEFE – Università Bocconi and at I-Com – Istituto per la Competitività, where he is also director of the Observatory on energy innovation. Sileo is a regular collaborator of the Polytechnic University of Bari and non-resident fellow at the Caspian Strategy Institute in Istanbul. He also holds the position of executive director at SEPConsulting.
Carlo Secchi è Vice-presidente dell'ISPI dall'11 luglio 2005; ne è stato il Presidente per il secondo semestre 2016. Attualmente è Professore emerito di Politica economica europea all'Università Bocconi di Milano, dove è stato Rettore nel quadriennio 2000-2004 e Professore ordinario dal 1983 al 2011.
Thomas Ruttig has a degree in Afghan Studies from Humboldt University, Berlin; he also studied at Kabul University, and speaks both Pashto and Dari fluently. Since 1983, he has spent more than ten years working in Afghanistan and Pakistan.
Inna Rudolf is a Research Fellow at ICSR, pursuing her PhD at King’s College London’s Department of War Studies. She completed her master’s degree in political science and Islamic studies in 2012 at the University of Heidelberg, specialising in Conflict Resolution, Peace Building and Political Islam. During her studies, she headed the regional group on “Conflicts in the Middle East and Maghreb” at the Heidelberg Institute for International Conflict Research. In addition to her field work in Iraq, she has lived in Libya, Yemen, Egypt, Tunisia and Palestine.
Nicolò Rossetto is a PhD. student in Law and Economics at the Istituto Universitario di Studi Superiori (IUSS) in Pavia (Italy). His main research field is energy markets and their regulation, with a special emphasis on electricity and distributed generation. He also has a vested interest in European energy policy since he wrote his master's thesis about policy developments occurred under Prodi’s and Barroso’s terms in office (2010). At the moment, he is a teaching assistant of microeconomics and energy economics at the University of Pavia.
Fernando Reinares, Senior Associate Research Fellow at ISPI Radicalization and International Terrorism Centre, is director of the Program on Global Terrorism at Elcano Royal Institute and Professor of Political Science and Security Studies at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, both in Madrid, as well as Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
Matteo Pugliese is an ISPI Associate Research Fellow at the Centre on Radicalization and International Terrorism. He is a PhD candidate at the University of Barcelona in the Law and Political Science doctoral program, studying the role of prison intelligence in the prevention of terrorism and organized crime in Europe. His research interests include counter terrorism policy, jihadism, radicalization dynamics, prisons, intelligence, far-right extremism, NATO, hybrid threats and law enforcement.
Andrea Plebani is Research Fellow at the Catholic University of Milan, Lecturer of the Master in Middle Eastern Studies at ASERI and Associate Research Fellow at ISPI. He is a member of the Commission convened by the Italian Government to assess the threat stemming from radicalization and jihadist extremism in Italy. Before, he cooperated with the Oasis Foundation, the Insubria Centre on International Security (ICIS) and the Landau Network - Centro Volta (LNCV).
